somebody doesn't know how to marinate and season a steak... plus if it's tough, it's already all fukked upTough ass meat that you barely really has flavor really. Every now and then its good but I can really go years without eating it.
I only order steak at good steakhouses and you have to get a good cut that is cooked medium. If you getting cheap cuts of beef then throw it in a crock pot to get it tender.

AgreedThanksgiving Turkey.....me personally unless the turkey is smoked or fried then it's just boring to me,i'd rather have a brisket,prime rib, glazed ham on thanksgiving than turkey. Growing up my mom could cook,but turkey is just so damn bland unless you inject it with a bunch of garlic and other seasonings.
Most legit steakhouses will automatically give the customer the oldest meat in the fridge if they order their steak to be cooked well done also. No need to waste a fresh cut of steak on a lame ordering their steak to be cooked dry and all the flavor gone. The chefs be likewhile cooking that dry ass steak.
I agree with OP. Maybe because I prefer well done and the steak usually comes out tough as a phonebook. Looking at the pink in a steak makes my stomach turn.
