red meat in general is no good. hardens arteries, hard to digest, lead to heart disease. yeah but the natural taste is overrated to me needs a bunch of seasonings and sauce to enhance it

Most legit steakhouses will automatically give the customer the oldest meat in the fridge if they order their steak to be cooked well done also. No need to waste a fresh cut of steak on a lame ordering their steak to be cooked dry and all the flavor gone. The chefs be like :scust::shaq: while cooking that dry ass steak.

    :dahell:

Only steaks that should be marinated are flank steaks...and that is because that is a tough cut anyway...

A good steak don't need to be marinated...dab the steak with this [IMG] sprinkle on some coarse pepper and salt and you good...if i'm making it in a cast iron pan then I throw in some butter with a small onion.. :ohlawd:

I'd say a lot of whitefish is overpriced at least, Sea Base or Wolf Fish for example just take on the taste of whatever you serve it with, might as well get haddock or pangasius for a fraction of the price:manny:

I'd say that it's probably considered the overall, most popular food you can eat, and in this respect, it is overrated.

Still, it's good as fukk and versatile.

    I personally prefer pork.

Yea I was pretty much the same way,I wanted to be sure it was cooked all the way so I dont get Sick behind some UnderCooked Food:yeshrug:but I have been going the Medium Rare route as of late(Home or Restaurant) so its all Gravy

I do agree wit those who said Seafood is Overrated and this is coming from a Red Lobster/Market Broiler Fanatic.....Shrimp-No,Crab Legs & Lobster-Yes considering how much you gotta Pay for it(Store or Restaurant)and the little Meat you get from them.....
