you probably buy them cheap battery farms steaks with no marbling. You got to get a lil bit of marbling for the flavour. Also, steak is supposed to be buttery soft, it means that youre overcooking it and rendering all the fat into the pan.
Kobe beef is what 100 percent marbling looks like. This steak costs more than a pair of new jordans

Tried one a couple years back when on vacation. It was too tender and too... greasy I guess. There is definitely such thing as too much of a good thing.

nikkas right. Lobster more overrated than steak. Atleast I can eat a steak every now and then or chop it up and make a real meal, but I really do not fucc with Lobster AT ALL
