He’s a right place, right time coach..not sure what he did in developing the hawks players, they were all pretty much good players at that point anyway

He really didn’t take part in developing any of their talent…but is reaping the benefits of it

He's a decent coach, but he might be one of those coaches who despite taking his team to the playoffs and or having a winning record most of his tenure there, will get fired for a legitimate coach who then takes that team to the finals.

Happened with Mark Jackson, Doug Collins, Rick Carlisle, and etc.
