a civilian should not be able to legally own whatever let dude mow down those motherfukkers in vegas like d day. 2nd anmendment needs to be reworked

other than that, i dont have much :yeshrug:
Either guns are legal or they are illegal.

There is no middleground. People can rework variations of legal weapons to function for destruction if they are so inclined.

Drugs are illegal yet cacs consume the most drugs on earth. You cant police crazy by nitpicking guns to death. Take away guns they will take theur insane persuits down another road

All you can do is hope raising another generation of pussies can get more lames to cry out for a complete ban on guns.

It's called a living document. It wasn't meant to be some written in stone document, but it shouldn't be changed at the whim of whatever partisan bickering is going on at any particular moment.

Yes, it is.

*The electoral college is outdated and should be abolished.
*Certain amendments are outdated and should either be repealed entirely or repealed and modified with another amendment.

However, many people especially conservative believe that the Constitution is sacrosanct and that going against the words of the mostly slave owning Founding Fathers is "sacrilegious".

Certain parts of the Constitution are sacrosanct and timeless like the 1st, 13-15th, 17th, 19th and 25th Amendments but most of the other Amendments can be repealed and/or modified.
