Wife's brother in law told me he has put in 600 applications online (indeed, job finder etc) and on the streets going door to door. I hit breh wit the and said "600 applications bro?" this man pulled out binders filled with each location he has interviewed at or placed an application, he been looking for 9 months now...

I know its bad out there but if a man can't find a job in a years time, something wrong with you .....I told breh he better get a job at walgreens, burger king or 5 guys, you can't be laying up while your wife (my wifes sister) is working...that aint gonna work big dog.. this nikka gone say "if im working how ima put in applications? "



then he gone turn around and ask me for $100 because he wanted to take his wife out on Friday to show his appreciation for her.....I gave it to him only because of my wife but told him he's gotta get it together and find something, dont ask me for bread again

no sir, did that with my ex's little brother at my last company, he f*cked around and got fired and it caused friction with my boss because he trusted my word and went out on a lim for him...never again.

A lot of companies are either looking at applications and assuming u are over qualified, your qualifications don’t match theirs and they not willing to train or the biggest issue paying u what u worth when they want to underpay

his degree is in business admin so he wants an office job but he hasn't had any luck...at this point i dont care what his specialty is, he needs a J.O.B....I can see this effecting his marriage long term because his wife is already complaining to mine about the situation...

Thats a very generic degree to be honest. If I were him id upskill and, Im not joking, get a certification or two. A business degree that isnt an MBA wont cut it these days
