Being employed can be just as bad. I’ve interviewed while employed and they always ask why I want to leave where I’m at. Some recruiters/hiring managers won’t hire someone who is employed because they’re not desperate. It really depends on what industry you’re in. Some jobs have non compete clauses.

dope that you've had your job that long, that will always look good on a resume, being able to hold a job for a long time is better than a degree today...employers wanna know you can keep a job..its amazing how many production workers are fired each month from my company.
