There's enough of a foundation in place that they can recalibrate and bounce back, but they're a good example of why you need to be aggressive when opportunity knocks. Feels like they've been more concerned with long term stability vs cashing their chips and going for it.

Eagles, Rams and 49ers have been in 7 of the last 8 Super Bowls and they've all taken big swings, had to reset, and gotten right back into the mix and one of them might win the NFC again.

Stafford wasn't the problem back then. After Calvin left, they ain't really build shyt around him.

They plugged Stafford in the first year with the rams and what happened?

Are we gonna act like if Stafford had a cast like Goff recently has, he wouldn't do better?
