No dude listen. The only reason they're even responding to you is cuz it's easy peasy to just change the name and re-brand the sub.

The rest of us don't like the fact that we can now only talk about race related issues in that one small confine. That's not right. If this is a black site then we should be able to talk about black issues anywhere.

If someone's race trolling then yes, ban them or move the thread. But since when is race only pertinent in The Race Track.

This is bullshyt. They're gonna rename the sub and then act like they did us a favor, meanwhile theyre still moving any race related thread in there so the rest of the site is safe for cacs.

I see. Well I agree with the other posters. A sub for in-depth race discussion higher learning would be great. That's what TLR should be. But we should be able to have a race sub without the mods moving every race thread in there just like we can have a higher learning sub without the mods moving every in-depth thread in there.

Mods should be focused on policing trolls, not moving good threads willy nilly.

If you could start listening to us and making the changes we want (like demoding @consise) then I would gladly donate to this forum. I'm sure others would as well.

My thing is many posters are calling for consise to be demoted and you even have quality posters boycotting TLR until he is but that is falling on def ears? @cook @Brooklynzson can you explain why this is? Didn't @Emperor_ReinScarf and @Always-Right Liggins and @cook and @Brooklynzson mod this section for 2 years before you came, why was it when you became a mod that problems occured. I never had a problem with TLRS modding before you became mod.

You're on a power trip. I'm cool with that, but don't play dumb. People who are OGs like @Marty Kaan have legit stopped making threads since u became a mod yet u wanna pretend u haven't had any effect.

Don't name it black higher learning but make it a black higher learning, the rules and mood over there are perfect. No trolling(for the most part) and it's just a respectable forum

You see, when @Always-Right Liggins made that sticky thread announcing that the race track will be a subforum no longer, I thought everyone read it and understood it. But then, we have what we have now.

1. I still move a lot of the Race threads. It's not just Concise. I usually try to move threads that are just rehashes of tried and true bait topics or those that have delved into mindless name calling. Some threads I allow to build for awhile so those who don't go to TRT can contribute. At times I think about recommending TRT being merged back into TLR but the sheer amount of Race Threads and trolling that would follow would make this place unbearable. Trolls don't go to TRT because of the perception there's a lack of visibility but it's actually pretty active.

Speaking of trolls, you can't just say well ban trolls. What trolls? What counts as trolling? Unpopular opinions. We took heat for banning MurderSheWench for goodness sake. There's already backlash for the current wave of banning.

I do say TRT could use a bit of a rebrand. I agree. I don't agree with these idiotic conspiracies though. We are trying to bury race but race threads are always featured on the home page? I feature many myself. A lot of the speech used in the race threads borders on hate speech, all visible to this mysterious crowd we are trying to attract, yet you all can vent to your hearts content. You do get notifications for Race Track threads. If you don't something is broken.

Yes, the moderation could be better as far as thread moves. A lot of things belong in the real bushes. The main problem is trying to please everyone which is what modding TLR is all about. Trying not to alienate this group or that group. All considered I think we are doing a pretty good job. Doesn't mean we can't or won't strive to do better.

I like conspiracies like the ones that have been posted in here already.
