^^no excuses

i've told yall before. that Xbox One is even better then that. yeah you have to shell out $400 so you can get that kinect too. but so what.

if you dropping $130 on a trainer every so often. you will easily pay off that xbox. in a matter of a few workouts.

the xbox does what a trainer does as well. which is show you exactly how good or bad your form is on each workout. they have all those workouts that your trainer is using. non of that stuff is new.

if you need a meal plan. you can get that online as well. its on you what you want to do. i dropped darn near 20 lbs in 8 weeks. and i work a day job and drive for hours to get to and from work everyday. i ended up winning a weight loss challenge and the prize was $250 at my job. they thought i was joking when i told them. i might just win it. all i needed was a reason.
no personal trainer at all. Me, my xbox fitness and eating right for 8 weeks straight with a snack here and there.

you dont need to pay someone that kind of money to tell you what you already know. i'll keep it simple for yall. hit the track, RUN a mile in under 12 mins for beginners under 15, for thin folks that know how to run but need to cut the fat back down. run that mile under 10 mins. for athletes, run it under 8 mins. for people already in great shape. run it under 6 mins. Do this mon thru thursday.
your warm up, his 35 crunches/situps, 35 pushups(if you cant hack it all at once.. do them increments of 7 throughout the day, until you get better at them). get your stretching in right after your warm up. and again after your workout(this will keep some of that pain down).

by week two. you will be use to it. but you will still be losing weight and gaining muscle. while also being able to get more cardio in because you're now in decent shape.

if you're too big to the do the above and you have bad knees. fine. go invest that trainer money into a Recumbent bike. find a good one(read the reviews). you can get one for under $250. ride that thing every single morning when you wake up before you take a shower. ride it for 20 mins. try to keep the rpms up but use the below as gauge.

dont tell me you cant do it without a personal trainer. thats just nonsense speak.
Inspiration :wow:

i got the xbox and box fitness but got to cop my kinect

what kinda work outs are on there?

Its a good second job for most people

You don't even need to be in shape or even know what you're talking about, Its basically a sales position. If you're good at selling things to people and marketing yourself then there are plenty of better ways for you to be making money but you'll eat good regardless.

Now if you are in good shape, know what you're talking about, have that charisma and are good at marketing yourself / selling to people then you can make a lot of money in training

To give an update.

I pretty much said fuk starting at a chain gym... pretty much because most chain gyms like 24 hour fitness don't let you just do training, you got to do some membership selling/sales work... and for some of them you only get clients filtered to you based on how well you do in your sales :scusthov:

In other words, they gon require you to work a certain amount of hours in which you're not actually training and you'll only get whatever the regular hourly employee pay is for that time you put in:scusthov::scusthov:

If i were still in college, then it'd be whatever but i been finished school and work a salary, so i aint tryna be bogged down doing all that extra.

So what i did, I got in good with the leasing office ladies of the apartment building i had moved into, it was one of the fancier ones in the area with a pretty good gym (as far as apartment complex gyms go)... so i bought a bunch of equipment like heavy ropes, boxing gloves & pads + the fully body padding, quick ladders, trx straps, etc... made my own business cards from vista print.. and started off training friends and acquaintances for cheap but then the residents working out would notice all we were doing and ask me if i trained, at which point i'd hit em with the :youngsabo:, hand out my cards, and boom.

Also, i said i got in good with the leasing ladies, to the point where they now hand out my cards as part of their tour to prospective residents and always name drop me as the apartment complexes official trainer when giving the sales pitch to that section of the complex. I still only charge 30/hour but the convenience of location, no gym fee, references and schedule flexibility has me eating pretty good as far as side hustles. $350-500 a week, altho that fluctuates A LOT as people are on vacation/trips/sick etc.

In truth, I could be making a lot more than that... but i dont want to commit to the hours on weekends or late into the night on weekdays. I see what @Serious was talking about when he said he don't want to be doing this when he hits 30 lol. So i'm thinking of making a youtube channel and an exercise blog/website... build a following there, and maybe in the future i can flip that into holding big classes at the park or whatever location, so i dont got to work as many hours (plus get that youtube/ad money).. at which point i can put that freed up time into a 3rd or 4th hustle.

It definitely takes work but i like the challenge

I'm really considering becoming a shooting coach...They charge 25 dollars an hour per kid in this area and I took my daughter to a session the other day with about 30 kids..With another 25 or so line up for the next hour session.. Basically doing stuff you can learn off of youtube.. Even if you have to rent out a gym for a few hundred a day its still a good come up..

you cant shoot though

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
How is that possible?

They can charge $10-$20 per half hour per dog, sometimes you'll see someone in NYC walking like a pack of dogs like this -

Even on the low end that's $90 for a half hour right there and if that's your own business you basically have no overhead.

I'll have to find the story on it, but the dog walker in particular was very popular, it was among the most shocking salaries in the city, there were a couple NYC janitors clearing like $150,000 as well.

I'd guess you have to get in great shape (swole as shyt) yourself to be credible as a trainer

most people can't even do that

The dogs don't fight each other when it's that many?
