If you know a musical instrument, giving private lessons to kids in middle school and high school is extremely lucrative. Especially if you live in a city with wealthy suburbs and competitive music programs. This is what my roommate from college does now. He was an allstate saxophonist. Sessions are usually 30-45 minutes for $70 dollars. He does about 15-20 a week in the north dallas suburbs. Some charge $100-120 per session if they are more experienced.

Worked at a gym as a GM of training for a little over a year

shyt is not what it's cracked up to be

Is a very nice side hustle

But it takes a long time and a lot of marketing yourself to be able to build up a base like that

Your homie is the exception not the rule, trust

Not gonna lie intially it was hard as fukk, I literally had one client for about 7-8 months, u got to put in the work, go to dog parks, vets ,figure out when the ASPCA is doin vaccinations (which is almost everyday) handing out cards and putting up fliers.

Most importantly I got a little website and an Instagram page and their are a couple pet sitting sites that I use.

I went from one client in 8 months, to about the 10 in 9 months.

shyt is lovely, just started registration on my business about to hire a couple people in the next couple weeks.

Its gonna be a hot summer :mjcry:...

:ohhh: I know how to game instagram too. If setup an IG page with a few thousand followers you think that'll improve my chances? You can say you'll take pics of their og and try and get them famous or some shyt...idk Why do you use instagram?

How much do you charge per dog?

I'm not big on social media, but its really so that prospective clients can see u in action, I'm not into the thousands of followers. I follow more people , than people follow me.

Thr great thing about it is that the startup cost is really low, and I don't have to interact with people during my day .

I charge $15 per 30 mins, 25 for an hour

Its a hustle only if your attractive and fit. I know a lot of fit people who wouldn tbe able to build a client base on the fact they arent visually appealing.]]Theres soething about a sexy ass woman whose in amazing shape that makes women think they can be like her.

Same with men, a lot of chicks will get with an attractive PT because he is so attractive. Men see the attention dude garners and hope they can be him.

At least thats how I see it in my small minded world lol.

True, a lot easier if you have a sculpted body and cool personality. Just get your social media game up and the money will increase. I followed that dude Mike Rashid a while back for workouts on youtube. Now dude has his own independent supplement and apparel line. Dude is siting on major dough right now. There is dude I grew up with that did the same thing and he is in the six figures easy. He got on social media early and built up his client base while he was in college.

Exactly, if you are attractive...all they got do is set up an instagram account...take pictures. Once people start doing their #wcw #mcm followers will increase and people will be setting that person as a body/looks standard that they want to reach.

There's people that just don't want to do all of that. The problem with nutritional info and working out is there's TOO MUCH information out there. Some people just don't want to sift through all of it and figure it out. They'd rather look at someone that seems to have it together an follow their lead and there's nothing wrong with that. Everybody in life should have mentors and coaches and guidance in some aspect. As long as you feel the person is providing you value, then it's not a scam.

I'm just saying there's dudes on youtube that were pretty much my go-to "trainers" as far as info and giving me structure with exercise. :manny:

I'm really considering becoming a shooting coach...They charge 25 dollars an hour per kid in this area and I took my daughter to a session the other day with about 30 kids..With another 25 or so line up for the next hour session.. Basically doing stuff you can learn off of youtube.. Even if you have to rent out a gym for a few hundred a day its still a good come up..

My former personal trainer makes majority of his money by training.

He bought a lil office space and turned it into his training space plus he lives out of there and showers at fitness connection. He gets his meals from wherever like ihop or some restaurants since he doesn't have a kitchen.

He's always out training people all over the city plus sessions at his gym. You could pay by the class($25 for an hour 30min) or pay monthly (starting at $165).

He gets 20 people per class at 3 classes a day he could make close to a stack in one day after expenses (his gas and food).

yeah its good money but who wanna live like that :scust:
