You're right. I mean for instance moving through LA alone as it is dangerous as hell but to have to pay all that personal security money to keep the gangs away would be very costly. Better you just pay them a fee or hire them I guess. Either that or make connections with people tied into that because they will try to get to you.

Then you mentioned not having ties into the music industry or working with people with ties and at that point its damn near impossible I would think to blow up without that. Dang that's crazy how you put that all together like that. That's unbelievable bro and sounds like it's straight out of sol"me movie but it's not and this is real life. Sounds like what I originally said neither one have to really deal with black rap fans at all and are still very successful. I think Logic's album had almost 200k pure sales, yet I've never heard a Logic single on the radio nor in any public setting in my lifethose artists can completely bypass black rap listeners on their way to success
