Stability and peace of mind jumps out to me immediately. Using my brother as example, his now girlfriend has changed him for the better. He has a great job, but he'd just divorced and was back out in the street fukking EVERYBODY, stayed at the casino, stayed drinking during his downtime...I could just see he was going down a path that I didnt want him to go back to. Fast forward to now, he's with a chick he'd dated in his younger years. She has her own house, she's an accountant, she has one child (he has 4), she goes to church but still knows how to kick it and she stays on his ass. Helped him manage him money better, he stopped hanging out in the streets, told me he blocked all his side pieces ( I dont believe this). . He's even started going to church with her. To answer, yes there are benefits for a man (or woman ) in marriage as long as you get with someone who truly wants the best for you and see themselves as the person who can help you get there.
