Nah, the founders are the baby boomers like RUN DMC and DJ Kool Herc. They didn't approve that super thug shyt that was going down in the 90s cause they were about uplifting black folk. Reaganomics fukked yall minds up and restricted how black folk thing and what we could do with the 'soft' label that you throw around so much. Yall even Called De La Soul and ATCQ soft for not giving in to that street bullshyt.

Come on bruh, Zulu nation was known to throw down. Those old rappers might have rapped positive but they definitely was thugs.

Link me, I just jumped in this shyt.

I just hate that Blacks get compared to people immigrating here legally/illegally. Blacks undoing has to do with lack of insular culture via slavery. The White man did a number on us and it's going to take a minute to get on our own two. I will say what we have achieve in the 150 years of freedom is significantly more impressive than most other ethnic groups coming to the US.

Mexicans were not systematically put into slums where there are lack of jobs, education and other resources. They have had more volition and cognizance than us by design not by our negligence.

Our best and brightest tend to leave us in the dirt. The Chinese elite setup "Chinatowns" and put their people on.Where is our shyt at? Can't expect poor, uneducated Blacks to come to their senses if our leaders not even giving a fukk.

nikka. FOH. :camby:

Not gonna keep arguing about the shyt. Your generation sucks. You all didn't accomplish or lead shyt.. The only thing you did was follow after what a white man who hated you told you to do.

And yeah. 16 is working age. But how can a 16 year old get a job when the finally re-habbed crackheads from your generation just decided they wanted to get their life right and lowball for 6.00 to put salt on fries.

Main reason I don't like gettin' fast food cause I gotta deal with 30 year old bums mad at me cause their life sucks and I'm a young nikka havin' fun. :camby:

How does it feel to know that the talking point about your generation will forever be Reagonomics, crack, and some hood movies that will never break a critically acclaimed list? Can't say you put the first black pres in office. Can't say you were their for equality to break down marriage barriers. Can't see you banded together with black teenagers and 20-somethings worldwide to stop the careers of racists. Can't say any of that. Only thing you all got is that you tore down your own neighborhoods when you got mad. :heh:

You all suck and the only thing your black generational idols will be good for is Halloween costumes when nikkas wanna dress up like Anthony Curtis, Nino Brown and NWA. :stopitslime:

Slapped that old fakkit with a good dose of ether. :heh:

@Uncle Kingpin Go to sleep gramps, you're embarrassing yourself.

saw ur post on it... didn't agree with it.. I'm an 80's baby I was a baby in 85 had memories from 85 and on and that was part of my formative years. The mentality of 80's babies is the same because they grew up during the same time doesnt matter if they didnt finish growing up til the 90's or later they are still 80's babies. Gi joe Teenage mutant ninja turtles.. NES... powergloves.. duck hunt... tales from the crypt freddy kreuger.. bruh im an 80's baby not a 90's baby

I once needed stitches, and instead of going to the doctor I put a glob of vaseline on the cut and stopped the bleeding myself.

I was 12.

How will that benefit the next generation? And why aren't you teaching that shyt to the younger generation? There is a difference between character building and feeding off of negative experiences. Character building can be explained and be observed through other people. harping about what big wounds/ surviving warlord shyt is another. Even all those obstacles back in the 80s and 90s with the social turmoil, it still pales in comparison to the shyt going down in 3rd world countries.

:dead:How much more clear can 80's baby be? Baby in the 80's nikka. :salute:1981 checking in

:wtf:I didnt say we founded hip hop, i said we made it a global movement. De La Soul and ATCQ were soft, but unlike yall, they embraced it. Nobody is talking about thug life, we talking about hard life. Struggle. We came up in a time where you had to keep it real, no matter what your real was you had to be who you were. Nowadays people keep it fantasy.
- :laff: nikkas claim to fame is hip-hop y'all!!!! :laughing hov smilie: :laff: Hip-Hop fukking sucks nowadays according to your generation and didn't even become big until it became accepted by suburban, supposedly SOFT people. :pacspit:

- Everything else on your list :camby:

Get over it. We win.
Hip hop became big because we showed the world the young black experience. We were saying something, standing for something, representing the harsh realities of street life. The suburbs came to us, nowadays we running to the suburbs. Thats why people music aint selling. Nobody wants to buy the wack shyt. Where is the Nas of this generation? Who is the Tupac? Who is the Wu Tang? What was the last classic album made by somebody under 25?
