Is there anyone over 30 making less than 50k annually on here?

I finally hit that 50k+ mark myself. Better than the 24 or so I was making just a year and a half ago

So am I and my investment plan as far as real estate is to invest in a multi family or condo. I really don’t trust investing in a single family home in the burbs.

Single homes in an era when everybody is moving back into urban areas .... Stick with the multi-units. Fundrise as a way to invest, as is something I've been looking into. You have to invest at the very least $500.

The easiest way I know to make over 50k is to get your CDL. Best decision I’ve made yet. Went from making 45k my first two years to getting a job at a LTL company with the opportunity of making 60k to over 100k a year if you’re willing to work long hours.

Absolutely the more I hear about the news talking about young people don’t want to own is the more it motivates me. Maybe I’ll invest in your hometown of Baltimore.

You should go for it youngin. There are a lot of federal government workers in Baltimore and they're willing to pay $2500-$3500 per rowhome unit in downtown. Check out federal hill, brewers hill, canton, and fells point properties.

So congratulations if you make 50k in nyc... Theres barely above min wage workers in alabama having the equivalent standard of living
