The handle with care period is over.

He needs to announce he is not coming back next season. If he doesn’t, the club should sack him. It’s his fault and he doesn’t care anymore about Arsenal.

The players don’t play for him anymore.

All this is true, but I would also say the board and ownership is responsible for the way he's been moving.

You know I've given up on Wenger for almost 10 years. But they can't fire him in any type of abrasive manner.

The Arsenal
he should have been gone years ago. when he stopped attracting black francophone players that should have been the first warning sign because he was never that great tactically. we just out talented you over a long season. there were always signs that he didn't extract the maximum out of his teams: allowing man u to win the title in 2002-03 with an epic choke job and losing to chelsea in the 2003-04 champions league quarter-finals when that year was set up perfectly for the invincibles to win it. but because we were in the midst of 2 titles in 3 seasons it was ignored as things happen. 3 straight titles and a champions league should have been the result of that period.

the more money he has access to the more shyt he buys (or even worse for him there are actually great players in there but he's making them look bad) ... and the under performance continues.

The fans are no longer with Wenger. They want him gone too.

Ideally they force him to announce he leaving but people aren’t going to be mad if he is forced out.

His recent track record is way better than Wenger’s and he’d just be a transitional manager anyway.
Ancelotti had better teams. He is as washed as Wenger and he is a coach that helps get great teams to another level. Arsenal requires work which he doesn’t do.

This is the biggest key.

This Arsenal squad isn’t the 6th best team in the league. It may even be top 3 but Wenger has mismanaged them.

They definitely responsible but it’s time to end this. He’s killing the brand.

There's a part of me that agrees with this, and says yes, these players are being mismanaged( which is very true). But on the hand other some of these players simply aren't that good.

for sure, a few of these players are not good enough but this squad should easily make top 4, and Wumger has fukked that right up.

My biggest issue is he is destroying young players careers.

When you look at the young talent in our squad, their futures are looking quite bleak as long as Wenger is there.

Iwobi
Nelson
Nketiah
Willock
Maitland-Niles
Reine-Adelaide
Dasilva

All players that have been highlighted as players of the future and they’re not gonna reach their potential as long as the club is being ran the way it is.
