Hella black ppl from my era 1000% did NOT ever like Kobe, LeBron, Cam - they were polarizing AF
AI, Vick & Randy had the youth on lock but not the adults
The most universally liked by us I gotta say was Prime
But the most universally liked period I think was Barry Sanders, Bo Jackson and probably Magic - actually Magic may be the GOAT most likable with Bo Jackson a close second
For the whites I actually have to say Joe Montana, Chris Mullin & Brett Favre (crazy he ruined that smh)
Before his incident Rose was def up there universally. Same with Kobe before his incident. Many still love both tho

It’s gotta be Magic. Magic really had some blunders in his career that no one ever brings up because of how loved he is.
He definitely shows too much teeth lol but he's young and seems to enjoy life. It hasn't kicked him in the ass yet.

A man so chiseled and strong, yet seems like a genuinely nice guy.
I was watching his post game interview and didn't realize he was THAT muscular. I always hated dudes like that since I got long, lanky arms. I get insecure because I know women want to be held by arms the size of Steven Adams. And don't get me started on his tattoos. MY GAWD.

The majority of these guys aren't more likable than Travis, they're just more known. That's a big difference.
