I would not be mad at all if the Kings did. Look what they gave George Hill. Reke has been WAY BETTER than George Hill this year. Just for the record, I liked the Hill signing when it happened. Now, not so much.

Crazy thing is that he was shooting well from 3 last season in Sacramento after the Cousins trade. The signs were there. I believe he was around 40 percent from 3 with the Kings. I'd have to go back and check the numbers.

Otto got a Max deal. He makes more yearly than Beal and Wall. Wiggins got Max. Jabari turned down his contract with Bucks because he didnt get max offer. Kyle Lowry signed near max for 3 years...but nikkas in here talmbout almost max dont count. he gets almost $29 million per year....true its not max but to get max he would need to get a couple mil more or year. he is getting paid like the superstars even if its a 3 year deal.

besides the obvious mega stars here are other max contracts:

no, I said Lowry gets almost $29 mil per year. Otto gets close to $25 mil per year. He gets about $1 mil a year more avg than Beal, but Beal has extra year on his deal.

because the Wiz felt they really needed him. didnt want to disrupt what they felt was a good core. they have been a little disappointing so far, not off to the start they wanted. so they thought they would be moving forward. also Otto did start off pretty hot and cooled off. he can be a really good player but he has to get consistent. He is a good 2-way player.

but that is my point, a lot of max deals now are starting on average of about $25 mil per year. Millsap getting 30. Lowry actually get 33 avg after contract pays out. this is why I think Tyreke can get a 3 year 75 mil at least. I mean Lowry heart and soul of Raps but he gets hurt every year too.

Millsap isn’t at the max. People were expecting him to get 35-40 mil a year and he got 30.
