I think the slur flow is intentional and not do to drugs. He can switch it up with ease and sound more clear on other records (Headshots&HB2M).

I hope I don’t become like that at that age. I can enjoy just about all black music. I don’t really listen to the blues, gospel, early as 70s-80s hip hop although I like some GM &F5 and Run DMC but everything else gets spins even subgenres in hip hop.
