Nash was 50 40 90 offensively he was great. let's stop shytting on Nash to prop up Shaq and Kobe. they don't need any help. Nash went to a team with a roster that won 21 games the year before. Same roster they won 50+. yes guys improved, but he was the catalyst. He deserved that first one imo. You can say what you want about defense but its a lot of all time greats who were lackluster on that side of the ball.

Wasn't the same roster also you have to factor in the injuries the year before and the fact they had no pg after trading starbury. Given those facts it dramatically changed what the team could have possibly done. Also let's not forget an early coaching change. Nobody cares about context though

You ain't never lied. I would take kidd over Nash ever day of the week. Kidd in his prime was a defensive wizard and a one man fast break. You could not keep him out of the paint.

His impact on the game was so great you had to see him play and not look at the box scores.
