Bron stans are so pathetic in here
Mike gives his true feelings of what he thinks of Zeke as a player in the next episode.

It's actually low key sickening that the NBA and ESPN and mainstream media still insists on pushing their Jordan narrative to the point that now young fans who weren't even around then now hate Isiah Thomas.
Zeke has been getting hate well before this documentary so don't put this on MJ. The ex Pistons aren't helping themselves by coming off as haters everytime they're asked about The Bulls.
His failures with the Knicks, the sexual harassment case, etc sullied his name plus the Bad Boys weren't the most marketable bunch and their play style didn't make them fan favorites.
He's been largley forgotten as a player. His name was only coming up basketball wise when the Iverson/Zeke/best small guard comparisons were going on.
Magic was better and more likeable. MJ was the biggest thing in sports. Both played in bigger markets and overshadowed him. That's just how the game goes. No one talks about John Stockton either. A lot of legends aren't going to get their due with young fans.
. Guaranteed you would hear more about John Stockton if he was ever the best player on his team and/or if he had two rings, especially if they came at the expense of MJ, Magic, and Bird. MIke failed with the Wiz and the Bobcats (intentional) stay in the league cellar and he was a degenerate gambler that some say got his pops killed and others say got suspended. I say that to say, if the media told folks to like Zeke they would do as they were told. The Sportscentury episode on him was very good:
Damn, D. Rose really had a similar upbringing to Zeke.Lifelong Bulls fan but he is the 2nd best PG ever imo
Won titles without another superstar caliber player...Dumars was underrated as hell but wasnt an All NBA type guy
Cold truth. Mike's greatness is set. No need to make others look bad to push an unnecessary agenda. It's actually low key sickening that the NBA and ESPN and mainstream media still insists on pushing their Jordan narrative to the point that now young fans who weren't even around then now hate Isiah Thomas.
He had the better team in every championship he won. Magic missed almost the entire finals and Kareem was more than done in 1989. He was a ghost.
Bird had bone spurs in his foot and could barely move in 1988.
He didn't win beat any of the great teams without some asterick. He wasn't the underdog. His team was just better than the Celtics in 88 and Lakers in 89.
Isiah had Dumars, Aguirre, Rodman, Vinnie Johnson, Edwards (underrated), Dantley etc. He had a stacked team.
As for 2nd best PG ever. Oscar (many forget he was a PG), Curry and Magic are all better players. He's 4th at best

You can't hate on someone you dominated. Beyond that, the Bulls are acting the same way. People stay acting like this is one sided, as if Mike and co. aren't still tight over a fukking handshake. Dont forget how he treated Magic after HIV, he's not just hated because of handshake but his game and team should be appreciated more rather than being remembered as tough and dirty.
