I have seen teams win less get more celebrated, my issue is just the way they describe the team rather than appreciating it. They just describe it as a dirty team, that team did beat the Celtics/Bulls/Lakers..the 3 main dynasties. They should get more love by NBA but I can agree with they don't have a big enough star to get that type of love.Forgot about that
It's not like the Pistons were written out of history. They're just not as interesting as the Celtics, Lakers, or Bulls. They didn't win as much as they did so they're not getting a celebration.
It's like the Rockets winning two in the middle of Chicago's two 3 peats. If you're team or it's stars aren't loved by the masses you're not getting love. Zeke just isn't a star like that and all those PR disasters he was a part of don't help.
That is a issue with how NBA tells their story imo, should be more team celebration rather than individual.

You can be going along with your day just fine and then someone mentions a person you hate, and your whole mood changes. Clearly that doesn't mean that person was on your mind the whole day

I hate cops. Do they live in my head?
mike lives in zeke's head ever since the freeze out game.
