I’ll argue with the fact that his last first team all nba season he averaged 16 shots per game and in the 1989 and 1990 championship seasons he averaged 15 and 16 shots per game.
You are not arguing Chuck’s point.

You notice their only defense of putting Zeke down is his "shots average & scoring" as if that's the end-all be-all of a great player and his accomplishments. As if Zeke didn't impact the whole game doing anything else

Proof that all these junkies and dummies are just stat-seeking morons.

Jalen Hurts this season just proved stats ain't the whole fukkin thing.

Dude has to feed Dumars, Laimbeer, Aguirre, guard the likes of Price, Dennis Johnson, Cheeks.

This thread is a fukkin joke

Dudes acting like being a facilitator, controlling the pace of the game and then taking over when necessary is a negative trait now :mjlol:

Like the Pistons had a snowballs chance in hell defeating MJ, Magic or Bird without him :mjlol:

You ain't defeating or being remotely competitive with those guys without being an all-time great

Pistons was Wizards status before he walked in the door :mjlol:

Big upping Paul who got locked up by a very flawed Bucks team while slandering Zeke :mjlol:

Still dancing around Paul blowing a 3-1 lead and 2-0 finals lead :mjlol:
He played like ass against the bulls in 89 and 90, they won because they had the better team. 1991 he was ass as well but the team couldn’t carry him anymore and that was the end of their chapter.

I don’t know what’s impressive about beating the 89 lakers with no Magic or Scott is something that’s praise worthy.

I also don’t see how Isiah Playing like garbage and winning means he’s better than Paul lol

You also haven’t named one thing he does better because you know you can’t :mjcry:

The problem is other players impact the game beyond scoring as well.

Why you acting like he’s the only one :russ:

Chuck Daly saying Zeke sacrificed his scoring for the better of the team is a false narrative because you want to keep your point active no matter what.

Thats a you problem.
If he scarified his scoring numbers we would see a substantial difference in shot attempts.

But again, he averaged 16 shots a game his last 1st team all nba season, and 16 shots a game in the two pistons title years.

Again, we’re gonna go with facts here over narratives and coach speak

Chris Paul blew a 3-1 lead
And a 2-0 Finals lead

Address
Zeke wasn’t winning those series either.

Address what aspect of basketball he’s better than Paul other than having a defense to carry him when he’s plays terrible in the playoffs.

Lol if Giannis and Krhis Middleton didn’t play in the finals Paul would be a champion. But he’s not lucky like Zeke was for the best player on the opposing team to be hurt the whole series lol.

Zeke is not losing to that Bucks team :mjlol:

He is not letting Josh Smith take him outta the playoffs :mjlol:

Having a bad game against Larry FUKKIN Bird in game 6 is hardly horrific.

He came back and popped them the next season

Waking up to this zeke slander is absolutely appalling! MVP balloting is and always been a narrative driven exercise. Zeke was always a polarizing figure back in the day and didn’t shuffle and grin. Top 3 PG all time. The premise behind this thread is scandalous.
:stopitslime:
Truthfully his numbers weren’t good enough for MVP. Yall juelzing in here about that.

Why? Zeke lost to the 1984 Knicks but he wouldn’t lose to the 2021 bucks when Giannis had an all time series?

Again, Zeke only won his first ring because the opposing sides best player and another starter got hurt

Because He was never a superstar like that. He was always in that second tier of player, even when he made first team all nba he was blown out of the water by the actual superstars of the game.

He and his Stan’s try to place him in convos he has no business in because his team just happened to beat actual superstars and their teams lol.

Imagine chauncey billips claiming to be in the same tier as Kobe LeBron wade or shaq because “he” beat them in the playoffs lmao
