you were obviously listing Kendrick's characteristics derisively: short, child, little, no qualities of strength. In opposition you had birdman. When you say someone is a "CAC's dream" you're posing it as a perspective that's appealing to whites because of something about it, some characteristics that don't have full appeal across sociocultural groupings. But Kendrick being a non-rapist should be a virtue to anyone. I agree about the minstrel show characteristic because some negative whites want blacks to act and look a certain way, but that doesn't detract from the fact that they fear these "types" of blacks and don't fear those like kendrick. You do have a point about the nonrapist quality so I def give you that but that was an extreme I was using to show the disparity between someone like birdman and kendrick. If anything, I don't like that people look at birdman and think he's a threat because that stigma gets cast onto other black males especially in social groups dominated by one race that is not exposed to others.

The sole point of my original post was that whites take more kindly to a nonthreatening looking black man like kendrick, irrespective of whether it's proper to do that or not. We all know this is true in music, movies, and real life.
