Just because you haven't done any research to determine who are the people that are leading certain movements doesn't mean leaders don't exist and aren't needed. For example Rupert Murdoch is ONE of the leaders of white America (and white supremacy). He literally created a 24x7 news network to push his belief system. The Koch brothers are another one. They're spending big money to change the curriculum of not just Ivy League schools, but every school in this country. There's leaders in the Muslim community, Christian community, Asian community, Latino community, white community, and yes even the black community (Geoffrey Canada and the Harlem Children's Zone for example).

This is what it boils down too IMO also. We had a thread about a 9yr old girl that started a company and dudes want to act like things really can't get done in 2015? Yeah we might not have the greatest support but I honestly rarely if ever see that when it comes to good stuff. Now if its some janky bullshyt yeah but fukk that I'm not going to support some janky shyt just cause they are black. We have cats doing a lot of things with computers but most of,these dudes are just using them to complain on here at their jobs but wonder why its hard to make moves. Its also hard to make moves when your on here, other social media, partying, vacationing, etc. I don't think a lot of people realize how much time they spend bullshytting in some form instead of trying to improve their situation. Ask people to spend a month logging how they spend every day and right there you'll probably see a big reason why a person is where they are for good or bad.
The talking is comforting that's why cats do it but if you don't put action to it it'll be like New Years resolutions next year be the same ones as the years before. I know some cats on here have ideas too but they just have to focus and put them bad boys to use or else continue to be where most don't seem to want to be. Basically what I'm saying is be the example you want others to follow instead of hoping the next man does it for you and that will help a lot IMO.
