Just because you haven't done any research to determine who are the people that are leading certain movements doesn't mean leaders don't exist and aren't needed. For example Rupert Murdoch is ONE of the leaders of white America (and white supremacy). He literally created a 24x7 news network to push his belief system. The Koch brothers are another one. They're spending big money to change the curriculum of not just Ivy League schools, but every school in this country. There's leaders in the Muslim community, Christian community, Asian community, Latino community, white community, and yes even the black community (Geoffrey Canada and the Harlem Children's Zone for example).

All I'm saying, conflict poster, is that your beloved media loves to trot out the same tired and lame ass so-called Black leaders that they've hand picked to speak for all of us.

And since you're worried about changes in school curriculums, I'll quote Zo Williams. "If YOU didn't author the school curriculum, you're simply being indoctrinated into the system they want to put you in."

He started a school in Harlem. An all black school. That's been so successful that he ended up closing the "achievement gap" between white and black students. It's been so successful his school. An all black school. Has received rewards for the success he's had and there's been talks of him replicating his strategy nationally.

And since you obviously missed my point, I'll say it again. Every community (including the ones you listed) has always had leaders and will always have leaders. Very few make the national stage but that doesn't mean they don't exist.
