I poop four to six times daily. My dinner is fully processed by 10am the next morning, and I wouldn't have it any other way. And I never have to force anything out, because I eat plenty of greens and fiber.

I had friends who said they shyt once per week :scust:

I have my quickest bowel movements after an ab workout. I do crunches for 10 minutes and I shyt you not (:lolbron:), I'll be on the toilet moments later.
