i was eating real healthy and lost some weight recently, however, the past 2 weeks i relapse and kind of stop caring. i am glad i read this post. this is a good mind hack. thank you so much for dropping so much knowledge in one post.

My friend, my brother. I'm glad you were inspired. Keep pushing for a healthier you and it'll come to you. I mean that.

Pro tips:
A) accept you're going to crave junk food. It's unavoidable and account for your cheating in your work outs. If you ate some shyt food walk a little faster for the rest of the day.

B) have a reason to be healthier and keep symbols around you to remind you why you're choosing to be healthier.

C) get comfortable with being uncomfortable. If you're trying to change yourself you'll have to change habits and step outside your comfort zone.

D) Turn everything you do into a challenge. Can you cut five minutes off your AM routine? Can you go a day without your phone? As you get used to challenging yourself you'll see yourself accomplishing things and that builds productive energy. And confidence.

Exercise isn't always physical and the only person you need approval from is yourself. You are your biggest supporter. You are your own coach. You are the MVP of your league every year.

You're all you got because that's all you need!

Finally, don't beat yourself up. Realizing you're not where you want to be is fine, but never punish yourself. Focus on the resolution and never the problem.

I go 3 to 5 times a day. As soon as I eat about 20 minutes later I'm on the toilet :wow:

I'm wondering how many people have actually asked their doctor about this... You can be healthy and go everyone one or two days. There's a lot of variables to this.

It depends on what you're eating. If you eating a lot of meat, you will never be going to the toilet much. As meat is absorbed more and has less waste toxins and products. Now if you diet is high on vegetables, carbs, and spices you will be going to the toilet a lot more as they aren't as digestible as meat and leave the system rather quickly.

So if you ever have stomach issues or gut issues, ramp up vegetables and healthy carbs to clear the system

Once a day is fine, going 2-3 times a day isn't fine Imo as your digestive system needs a break
