There are a lot of people living un-healthy lifestyles on this forum. It's upsetting to me that people don't realize how much their physical health affects their mental and spiritual health.
We are what we ingest. If we ingest shyt it makes us shyt. We get what we give. If we exert energy we get that energy back, if we exert no energy we get none back.

@Luck. I do work out twice a day and I eat the highest quality food available to me. Even my junk food is organic or non GMO.
The only conventional foods I eat are peanut butter, hood snacks, and meat. I rarely eat meat and when I do its in small portions. I hate organic peanut butter because it's too oily and doesn't spread well.
