Harbs wanted to leave since the NFC loss from Seattle. York and Baalke wanted Roman out and Harb stuck by his guy. Harbs was pissed because he has control over his staff as it was written into his deal when they hired him. So when negotiations started the next year once again York and Baalke wanted Roman ass gone and they would pay him 7.5 a year or more but he had to win a superbowl. Harbs once again said nope and negotiations fell tbrough. A trade was propsed to Cleveland but Harbs nixed it. Thats what started it all. Ego's couldn't get checked at the door and we had s shytty season because of it. Both sides wanted the split.
