And look what happens.....I don't think dudes questioned whether or not he can get up for these games, but it's whether or not he can maintain reasonable amounts of effort/aggression throughout all types of games. The whole let the rest of the team cook against lesser opponents is fine in theory, but besides Jimmy, everybody else is limited in what they can do. All the schedule spots, teams hitting form and teams having near-equal (or more) talent, there aren't going to be too many games where he can just sit back and expect the team to generate offense for themselves, and expect to win.
Like it's been said, it's still far too early in the season to start walking down one path. I guess we'll have to wait and see over a more generous amount of games.
