I got about 4 leg workouts that I do throughout the week. It’s probably not much compared to y’all who do full leg days but it was very noticeable when I started to incorporate them…before I did, my body was starting to look hella unbalanced with the goofy “V-Shape”

Another thing that dudes miss is you can really strengthen and define your abs with lower body exercises

Working legs heavy releases growth hormone, the cats skipping leg day don't realize it improves your overall physique.
This part! If someone truly understands fitness on a basic level, they won’t skip legs. It’s a package deal.

I used to hate leg day and I’ve been working out for years so I just did calves. Now I have pretty big calves but that shyt took years. I want some size on my quads but I don’t want them too big because i still want flexibility. I’ve grown my hamstrings from deadlifts so only thing is really quads

People neglect their back muscles as well.. People don't even understand your back can make your chest appear more defined

been pondering if i do enough legs or not. right now i'm only doing leg press, extensions, and calf raises. I squatted and deadliftted plenty pre covid tho

I only mess with machines when it comes to legs. I’ve heard too many horror stories of slipped discs when people doing squats.
