It's time to accept that there is indeed a class/cultural divide in the "black community". No, we do not all have the same mindset. There are the complacent, unambitious nikkas who don't want much out of life, and the intelligent, ambitious who want as much as possible.

For example, complacent nikkas are financially illiterate and don't care. Some even brag about it. "I don't care about that:russ: yolo, i just wanna stunt!" They think swag > investing

When people say you need to focus on assets (something that can either make you money, facilitate your business, or increase in value), these nikkas say, "Nah when i get off my shift at Popeyes, i just wanna play FIFA" You are a loser ass nikka.

Complacent nikkas just want to argue, that's why they should be ignored. They don't want to own things or build a portfolio. They just want to argue semantics and be contrarian about everything. There are many like this in TLR. IT cats really need to stop trying to preach to those nikkas, i know you're trying to help, but they probably don't even know how to open an brokerage account, you think they can learn how to code? :gucci:

They are 1-starring this post right now, but they are dumb to realize that 1-star ratings/negs are an online thing and do not affect us in real life. Nobody cares about imaginary ratings/negs except loser nikkas with no assets or business acumen in real life. You nikkas care more about "stars" and "negs" than your credit score.

Ignorant, no-goal having, complacent nikkas aren't my "brothers". There's no "brotherhood" there.

Many nikkas on here are 30-40 years old but get mad if you tell them that they should be a manager or something by now (yeah "everybody can't be a boss" but why aren't you nikkas managers?). If you've been working at Wal Mart or Burger King some shyt since you were a teenager and you aren't even a manager, you are an aimless complacent nikka. You're 30 still in the same position as you were when you were 18, and you don't have shyt going on outside of that job. Ambitious, goal-oriented nikkas are investing, starting businesses and buying property. If you had spent money wisely instead of fighting against logic, then you would have more than some Jordans, Charger and studio apartment. They'll get mad and want to argue, but when you log off here, you gotta live that loser ass life, not me.

Ambitious black people, continue investing and managing our investments, properties, and businesses. Loser nikkas can call us they want, but they can't call us broke:win: . Only dumb, lazy nikkas will get offended by this post because it's only directed to them

Remember, logical men always triumph over weak, emotional, loser men:yeshrug:

People need to realize that there's a time for work and time for play. If you reach out to a friend or family member and try to put them up on game regarding stocks, an IRA, any kind of money shyt....and they ain't trying to hear you?

LET IT GO

Keep that shyt to yourself. I don't like Eggplant. So when it's offered to me I decline politely.

If they ain't trying to eat...then stop forcing the meal on them. Simple :yeshrug:

I agreed at the beginning, but then you started heading into Ben Carson territory :francis: sounds like something he'd say.

This is more of the "stunt on poorer black people" rhetoric. The reason why we stunt on poorer black people is because we generally can't stunt on Asians and cacs like that. Yep, i said it. It's easy to stunt on some nikka working at Olive Garden and living check to check with no assets, but can you go stunt on your non-black boss? Are you on his level or above it? Most aren't. Can you go stunt on the Asian business owners? etc

Classism isn't something new, nikkas have been doing it. The problem is, a lot of these classist nikkas don't even own any businesses, employ zero people (of any race), own no sizeable assets, couldn't pay off a politician (or would even think to do that) etc. Having a "good job" doesn't make you upper class or elite, you still work for non blacks, and don't own any institutions. Higher paid black employees looking down on lower paid black employees, even though both depend on non-blacks for employment. You may have a higher salary and more trinkets, but you both have no ownership.

You may have a better job and better car than the poorer black people, but you are in the same dependent position as them if you don't own anything.

And i'm not one of those types of nikkas who thinks (or even tries) to save the black collective. I pretty much just focus on me and my family. And i never make excuses for nikkas who waste money on, or do dumb shyt. But this whole "i look down on nikkas because my salary is higher" makes no sense because at the end of the day, the higher paid black person and lower paid one usually lack ownership and depend on non-blacks for employment. It's like the house slave looking down on the field slave:yeshrug:

It's time?

It's been like that...:mjlol:

Everybody knows that when shyt hits the fan...nikkas with money start looking down on poor Black people...and be on some...

"Well...not ALL of us is like that...Mr. White man..."

"While I was reading books...these nikkas wanna be a gangsta Mr.White man..." :sas1:

"I ain't like these other nikkas...I eat Chicken Alfredo and drink red wine for dinner Mr. White Man. I don't eat fried chicken." :sas1:

"Why I, Mr. White man, vehemently disagree. Not all Blacks are alike. While I was getting an education and dodging nikkas, they were rioting in the streets..." :youngsabo:

Yep, that's what the Black community needs, more classists and elitists. The Talented Tenth theory doesn't work, and this is why. Lol

Yep.

I'd be what is considered 'successful', but i know i'm not elite or upper class. There's a difference.

As soon as we get a "good job" we start thinking we are elite, how are you elite if you both work for Mr Charlie :gucci: He pays you a little more, but you're still dependent. You're still in the same boat as the nikkas you look down on if you don't own anything or have any power.

nikkas can't stunt on a non black owners with actual generational wealth, so we stunt on nikkas who have less trinkets. Who else can we stunt on? Somebody who owns a string of small businesses and properties isn't impressed by your nikka trinkets.

It's easy to slip into this "middle class, but think i am upper class" way of thinking, but remember there are people who can fit your entire neighborhood into their estate. Now that's "flexing".

Actual rich people tend to have several properties so he can use his or hers financial resources/connections to influence/buy changes in policies and law, so that as an example, he or she pay can pay less taxes for owning ten properties or foreign properties, and being able acquire more property and land with less restrictions, so the suggested policies would get reviewed and passed by the government, and that would greatly benefit the property owner who can increase their net worth without having to pay more taxes or taxation penalties (rich getting richer), so the person earning 90k a year could face a bigger income tax bill, and meanwhile the property owner can make a lot of money in another country and with property value going up whilst declaring an income of 60k a year etc Elites have very powerful friends working in different industries and some of them are even immune to facing the punishment of breaking the common law.

I do pretty well, but i know i haven't "made it" yet.

nikkas be like, "my whip cost more than that other nikka:jawalrus:get on my level, broke ass nikka" meanwhile a cac/non black man OWNS the dealerships both of you nikkas bought your car from. :comeon:that about sums this whole mentality up.

One more thing.
nikkas gotta stop confusing being middle class (or upper middle class) with being wealthy. Looking down on nikkas with smaller salaries, but do you still work for a white boss too? Do you own a yacht? Jets? Do you own a substantial collection of luxury cars and properties in highly desired locations around the world?.

nikkas get a raise from a white boss, buy a little Benz and start thinking they are a Rockefeller or Vanderbilt :comeon:
There are people who can fit your whole neighborhood in their estate.

Maybe nikkas can start acting bougie when they start owning country clubs (instead of having to ask for membership), possess $100k watches from brands that most regular people wouldn't recognize (yes a watch that costs your/my whole salary), make lavish, public, charitable contributions, can easily travelt o private islands, buy villas on Lake Como, etc

Only difference between a successful (bougie) nikka and another nikka in 2018 is that the former gets paid 90k and the other nikka gets paid 40k, but they both work for white employers and don't own/produce anything. They have different incomes, but neither has wealth (wealth is not the same thing as income)

I gave up on nikkas 3 years ago:mjpls:

I use to help out counseling young black kids to stay away from joining bloods or crips around Inglewood and Compton..

However the influence of nipsey, the game and snoop and getting bytches and quick cash in rap overshadow the shyt i was talking about education getting a job trying and flipping the job into a business..

I just gave up and only help the ones who actually will walk up and ask for guidance.
that's all you can do
