Wayne's flow carries him A LOT.


With that said Carter 1 & 2 are both tough.......Wayne's highs (Miss My Dawgs, Spit N Game, Hustler Musik, Drought 2) clear TI's highs (Still Ain't Forgave My Self, Dope Boyz, etc)....but TI is waaaay more consistent in terms of writing and overall quality "music", even at both their peaks.





Because I won't discount flow, at their peak, I got Wayne edging as the better overall rapper.


If it were strictly about writing, schemes, hitting pockets......then it would be T.I. clear and without any doubts.




(None of this is to say TI doesn't have good flows, Wayne's flow really resonated during that era)
