one of the rappers responsible for making me fall in love w/ the music. im not sure i get the underrated talk as he was a huge star. and he crossed over into tv and film. his popularity was only behind maybe jay z n dmx.

He was often intentionally and unintentionally funny too ... he’ll get on his Jamaican pops shyt and scold niccas

Crazy ... as some other posters have mentioned he was top 5 most consistent with above average quality and had crossover hits ... he’s still kinda cast aside.
He isn't taken serious because those silly videos and ridiculous outfits.
