I haven't listened to it since the week it came out... no hate here, shyt just didn't have me wanting to go back and listen to it, especially when there is a plethora of other great hip-hop that came out.

Lyrically the album was flat... I was just listening to dynasty the other day

"The theme song to the Sopranos, plays in the key of life on my mental piano, got a strange way of seeing life like, I'm stevie wonder, with beads under the doorag, intuition is there even when my vision is impaired"

can't find anything lyrically as good on MCHG

So basically this a thread for people to feel comfortable with Yeezus as opposed to MCHG?

I still don't get why critics and fans feel the need to connect these albums. Yes, they were a duo for one album, but why compare the two albums. I feel like Rick Rubin drew the line in the sand for both albums by saying MCHG was a more traditional Hip Hop album and Yeezus was more experimental. These days people take experimental to automatically mean better and screw what the album actually sounds like.
