Does a JRPG exists that has a story that's almost grounded in reality and not incredibly weird?
This anti-Japanese rhetoric is fukking corny as hell. Can't wait until trendy Western games die out. No one will remember Mass Effect, Fallout, or any of those games that put you to sleep.
The only western game writer I fukks with is Ann Henning. Every other western writer can kick rocks.![]()
The one and only thing western developers do better than the Japanese is online and that is it.
The only RPGs I've come across with decent to good stories have been - (a) Suikoden, (b) Trails of Cold Steel and (c) The Witcher. That's it. I'm not saying there aren't others but holding western Rpgs to a higher standard is laughable.
