I've never heard a Black MLB player who didn't speak with correct grammar/properly

What do dead rich white men from the 1700's sound like

Cause what if black MLB players do sound like them....

I'm not talking about accents, I'm talking about grammar.
And yeah, what getting passed as "correct grammar" these days is mostly the grammar of rich dead white people from 18th and 19th centuries.
There were many dialects at the time, by no objective measure was their dialect superior to others.

The very idea that there is such thing as correct grammar is rejected by most linguists, and rightfully so.
