The four centers he said Jokic was better than only have a total of two rings combined as "the man", and one of them got his by joining a squad that was already a Finals team without him.

Ewing and Robinson already get ranked ahead of Bill Walton in most lists, and they don't have Walton's Finals MVP. Not to mention, no one complains when George Mikan, Willis Reed, and Wes Unseld are ranked below Ewing and Robinson, despite their rings. Does Dave Cowens need to be above Jokic too?

The rings argument seems to only apply to wings (from Jordan stans).

Russell is considered an all-time great but no one considers him #1 at C or #1 overall despite all those 'ships and Civil Rights work.
