For your eyes, the titled track will go down as a top 5 Cole best song..I get Common's Resurrection vibes when I listen to it, a great closer to the album.

Nah this is more like his "One Day It'll All Make Sense". I say that bc Common had a daughter during the recording of that album.

I wouldnt have liked this album when I was in my late teens/early 20s but now my musical taste can appreciate this type of album, 7.5 or 8/10 depending on my mood.

it was just the high expectations. I was honestly expecting greatness. but its still a good album. just nowhere near schoolboy, isaiah, tribe, and common.

I was waiting a classic after the greatness of 2014 Forest Hill so my first impression was a slight disappointment.
Played it this week two times and digested it and think its a good album now.
Really like the vibe of the album, somber and hazy.
Only songs i skip are neighbours and folding clothes, if they were replaced by False prophets and One Day shyt would be A1.
Cole's rapping so effortless, nikka came a long way

TRIBE got the album of the year. I didn't expect ANYTHING to shyt on that during the 4th quarter of 2K16. Including Cole's LP.

Yeah I gave it a spin when it dropped on Tidal and it was alright. J Cole ain't wack but I just can't get into his music.
