I just looked it up on the Billboard Biz website to be sure because I know @CrimsonTider is right. These are Jacquees 3 biggest hits:
"B.E.D" was a top 5 hit on mainstream urban radio, while "At The Club" & "Ocean" were top 10 hits.
The reason Jacquees never charted that high on the Hot 100 is because most R&B artists don't do big streaming numbers to begin with.

Ella Mai is not suing him the label is. She doesn't have control of that. Also I'm certain they suing on the basis of Jaquees making money off of it . I doubt they can sue cuz it's popular

This a non story. I'm sure this is the labels doing and they are justified if he had the shyt on Youtube.End of the day they would rather make money than not so they probably behind the scenes right now trying to work something out with him for the official remix. The problem will be what cut of the proceeds they willing to give him cuz they gonna look at it as her song and throw him a low percentage. We shall see if he accepts their terms if the song ever resurfaces or not.
