Mariota's decision-making is better and he's more athletic than Jameis. But Mariota is not a better pro prospect. I rank pocket movement, arm talent and progression read ability above all other traits. Jameis is better than Mariota in two, maybe three, regards. He regularly makes NFL level throws into tight coverage, which showcases better arm talent. Morever Jameis manipulates the pocket better and runs into fewer sacks. Finally Jameis goes through more pro style reads. Mariota's system tends to lend to more one-read-and-run plays.

Breh, Marcus and Jameis are not winning you guys many games next year. Unless you build O's around them. But hey, look at the QB/s in the Conference champ games this weekend, all teams who built their O around their QB.

Luck brining in his College OC
Rogers - 2 years on the bench
Brady - We all know the gawds story
Russ - Option and spread concepts.

All are fukking different. But hey, their is a one size fit all for QB's to be great.
All of those QBs were better than Mariota and Russ went through actual progressions at Wisconsin. As a matter of fact, everyone of those QBs were bread in pro style offenses and can make the throws. Mariota has not shown he can make NFL throws.

Ya, I am just going to disagree with you. I really do not want to get into a fight with you, especially when it comes to the Pac 12 guys.

Only thing Jameis gotta do is get in better shape.

I just watched watched Cardale Jones look strong as hell while carrying 265.

Jameis was getting tackled pretty easy this year :patrice:

And at times just looked sloppy.

Last year Jameis could elude defenders and throw the ball deep.

He gets in shape he beasts in the NFL

This is a no brainer. He runs a hybrid college/pro offense. Can take snaps under center, showed comeback ability, and can read defenses. The Bucs are a getting a good choice. He is definitely better than that bum they have now.

Totally OT but is McDaniels staying with the Pats? Seems like he might want to replace beli when he retires

No idea breh. This is the weirdest situation with a Pat's OC I have ever seen. Legit no word about any meeting(We know the teams he has met with and that is it). Josh is still young ass hell. Dude is only 38, totally fukked up his first job. But dude was only 32 and given way to much power. Let that sink in, McC was only 32 when the Broncos gave dude full control. It really is not surprising dude failed.

I honestly have no idea. No one has been to uncover anything so I think he is staying.

Unless he has a deal with the Flacons. And I am just saying the falcons b/c of the NE connect.
