I'm not sure how this "Harden hasn't played with anyone" myth started. Dude has played with KD and Russ, Dwight, CP3. CP3 the only one that was close to his last legs and HOU was their best with him and since he's been gone he's elevated two more franchises. We've seen dude average 35 points and drop 50 pt triple doubles. What we haven't seen is him do is show up when the heat is on come playoff time no matter who was playing with him.
compared to guys like bron, kd, steph, kawhi...he really hasnt had overwhelming talent. You cant point to a single year where the rockets were expected to come out the west. He made those rosters look ALOT better than they actually were. Hell, a 35 year old PJ Tucker was the 3rd best player on the team for a few years.

his losses in 2014 and 2015 and 2017 and the last 2 games of 2019 playoffs vs GSW are inexcusable

the team loss those games it wasnt just him. as good as harden is, he shouldnt be expected to carry mediocre rosters through the west. thats a tall task for anyone. his game breaks down in the post-season cause teams can really gameplan for him, and he hasnt been able to overcome it. We saw what happened when the warriors played the cavs in 2015 without love and kyrie. They keyed in on bron, and he shot 39% from the field. Thats basically how teams treat harden. He aint jordan or kobe in that regard. But next to another superstar, these playoff woes are gonna die off

Just watch homie. I watched damn near every rockets game and to say Dwight and Russ were capable number 2s is just flat out wrong. Hell the best season the rockets had with Dwight is the year he was injured for 40 games. He was overrated offensively and it was clear even when he was with Kobe for that one year. Russ is just not a winning player anymore period.

CP is the one player I’ll give you. The year he was healthy and playing elite. The Rockets won 65 games and almost beat the warriors with KD.

The issue is Hardens game is still not understood. His scoring is great but what really makes him absolutely unstoppable is his ability to control a game and be a playmaker. He never had that guy who could help him hit big shots in the 4th. Every other top 5 player in the league has had that. CP even in his first year where he was elite was still just a 18ppg scorer. Now Harden has a legit scoring threat next to him that he can easily make plays for and take the pressure off him. Remember, NO ONE sees doubles and traps and all sorts of crazy defense like Harden does

Anyway I don’t have to convince anyone anymore. He’s going to win it all this year. Just watch

Pretty easy to understand exerting that control when it's needed most. That's all any reasonable person is looking for, not winning a ring, just keeping that same energy in the playoffs and especially when shyt gets hot.

Those teams may have been considered elite in the east but in the west they were overachiever. Take the 2018 team for example....a hobbled cp3, clint capella, Eric Gordon, and PJ tucker. Like that really isn't alot of talent especially not enough to make it through the west. They just had a superior system then most teams.

What he do when the season was on the line? Don't matter what you got around you if you don't show up when it counts (see: Harden in OKC with what would most certainly qualify as overwhelming talent).

All Harden has to do is rebound, start the offense and get to the line. I think he will have his most efficient year ever. Same for KD. Game is going to be easy for them on offense.

I agree. People just don't like his game or him as a person so they shyt on him. Lillard hasn't had anywhere near the success Harden has had and gets nothing but praise. Russ too.

:mjlol: The C's beat this Magic team by 30 last night without Tatum, Kemba, and other rotation pieces. The Nets may very well be great, but winning a close game against a trash ass Magic team on the second night of a back to back does not prove it.

Yo team got blown out by my team. :mjlol:

Let's go Knicks :blessed:
