Houston did everything they could to win by giving up future draft picks and now Harden is demanding trade with multiple years left on his contract....fukk that, something needs to be done...I'm all for player empowerment but the fans and health of the franchise should be considered

When players get dealt, especially with big deals, they tend to have trade kickers built in. They're not 50%. They're more like 15%.

a 50% trade kicker would just keep teams from offering big time deals in the first place, especially when big time deals more often than not just wind up being fillers to make the money work.
