I know that.

I'm saying because for instance in a video speaking on Boo bop Bye ya on the Archandroid they mention how it was there fathers song and they developed it further and worked on it with Janelle.

I also believe she referred to them as her writing partners in old interviews if I'm not mistaken.

Sidenote: When it comes to that Django Jane that sounds like Jidenna penned the rap parts and gave her the delivery but I could be wrong and it could just be his influence.
Nahh you heard it right that song was like 20 years in the making .
shyt came out incredible too :wow:.

Yeah I remember them breaking down the story behind the song and it blew me away.

What a song. Her making songs like that is the only reason I have hope for the new album but I have a feeling it gonna be whack and filled with feminism and lesbian undertones.

Did anyone notice the “Jane 00 57821” in the top left hand corner of the album cover though?

Is the Cindi Mayweather story going to continue on DC? :jbhmm::jbhmm:

So Pynk kinda has grown on me somewhat. I think I’ll probably be the only person on here that will like the album though. I have a feeling. :( But we will see what happens..

I cant wait to make the thread about this album flopping
Lol. *sigh*

I dunno how it’s going to do commercially given that Janelle isn’t really a huge seller. But I can see it being another critically acclaimed album for her. I think it will be her most controversial and the album that may divide her fan base.
