Frees up 9 million. Let's GO
Which is why kobe and shaq only have 1 and lebron will win it every year from here on.. no consistency with how they voteAnd that right there is my problem with the logic behind MVP voting. It seems to shift in order to justify who people want to vote for. One year people will say "It's supposed to go to the best player on the best team" then a year later people say "_____ should clearly win because he's clearly the best player in the league" only for a year after that to say "_____ is clearly the most valuable player on his team because if you removed him that team would be in the bottom of the conference".
Nah, Kidd deserved that nod in 2002. If you want to go that route then the MVP trophies Steve Nash won should be removed.
How was he robbed? Your giving him much to much credit for a turn around that was more about defense then offense. Kidd was great on D but how much credit can you really give a PG for a teams defense? The nets offense wasnt good that season at all and really struggled in the half court
Kidd
14.7/10/7 48%TS(39% from the field)
Duncan
25.5/12.7/3.9 57%TS
Duncan was better on both sides of the ball and lead his team to a better record in a MUCH tougher conference. Plus Nash's 05' and 06' Seasons are much better then Kidds so I wouldn't go there
So now that he is retired, what race is he exactly, cuz i never knew.. does he check all the boxes on an job application?![]()

That's my Mulatto PG![]()
The only thing I never liked was the idea that he deserved the MVP in 02'. Duncan was clearly better
Remember his blonde cornrows
