Makes you sad that ppl eventually get old. Makes you miss the 90s.

But look who Grant and Jason get to go home to full time now. They :win:

Grant actuallly doesnt look much different. Kidd? Lol these days he looks like he's enjoyed the perks of being a premier pro athlete for 19 years. Hell the ink wasnt dry on his Knick contract before his drunk ass wrapped his Escalade around a tree.

:salute: to an all time great.......

Big ups to Kidd on a Hall of fame career. I was in the 7th grade when him and Hill were rookies and remember the whole debate on who should have been the rookie of the year between them. (Though Big Dog got the shaft since he averaged the most points and has more wins than Hill) I knew even then they would go on to big things and they did except for Hill getting hurt and Kidd's little domestic violence charge. I think Kidd wanted to retire after the 2011 season but everyone wanted him to come back to see if the Mavs could repeat. Two down and not many to go. I know we have KG Kobe Stack J.Oneal and a few others left but it's not too many from that early to mid 90's left in the game. I think Camby calls it quits next.

And that right there is my problem with the logic behind MVP voting. It seems to shift in order to justify who people want to vote for. One year people will say "It's supposed to go to the best player on the best team" then a year later people say "_____ should clearly win because he's clearly the best player in the league" only for a year after that to say "_____ is clearly the most valuable player on his team because if you removed him that team would be in the bottom of the conference".

I feel that bruh. The MVP has no real criteria when it comes to voting. I think the right choice would be to the best player in the league as long as his team has a top five record. Best player on the best team could have been players like Ben Wallace or Ron Artest if that was the case so I don't think that is a good judgement of an MVP. The third one is a decent way to judge MVP too but if the player under consideration only has his team as a 7th or 8th seed though he is putting up numbers (like Kobe in 2006 and 2007, and Bron earlier in his career) than he shouldn't be the MVP either. The absolute best player in the league should win cuz if he's the sole best than his team should have at least 50 wins a season.
