Recovery is a much better album than Blueprint 3 and MCHG. Jay has not had a song as good as "Seduction" in years. Seduction, No Love, So Bad, Space Bound, 25 to Life, you're never Over, Cinderella Man, and Not afraid are all leaps and bounds better than Jay's modern catalogue. As far as Eminem fell from his prime, he is still lyrically as good as ever and doesn't try to force his relevancy by hopping on modern trends and trying to make trap music. "My swag different. My bag different. I rock tom ford. Timbs we off that:scusthov:"

Jay has done well on a few features here and there but let's call it like it is.

The funny thing is, Em was never on. He didn't get play in the hood, didn't get play in the clubs, aint never had a crew, didn't get mixtapes poppin, never had hot 97 or power 105 going crazy...fukka Em. Dude aint a part of real hip hop like that I dont care how many people respect him. He's a fraud, a transplant. Between him and Jay its Jay all day. Everybody from the hood got problems, aint nobody tryin to hear goofy raps and raps about killing your mom and the same old song about a bytch. He can't put it on wax like Jay (and many others).

If you can relate to Em's music you probably looks like this

it's a toss up, both have released trash that's not touching their classics. they both still lyrically inclined but you could see how far off they are from their past catalogues of music.

What's your point? If you can relate to Jay's modern music you probably look like an old rich white man. This isn't about whose music I relate to more. There's plenty of dope rappers who don't make club songs or get radio play like that.
