How is it an OPINION that Jay was fukking Foxy when she admitted it? FACTS
How is it an OPINION that Jay kept Nas's name in his music?
How is it an OPINION that Jay kept asking Mas for a collab when everyone (including Carmen) has admitted it?

That Abogado dude just over-stanning. Every last thing you mentioned was fact. Takeover probably had more juvenile sophomoric joking around in it than Ether.

Takeover was like a surgeon turned serial killer going at you with a scalpel.

Ether was like taking a fukking baseball bat to the head multiple times by a crazed person hopped up on PCP.

I wouldn't like to be one the receiving end of either of those things.

eh Ether took the cake

I've always felt that Ether was too disrespectful. There was no need for Nas to get at Jay the way he did but thankfully the beef never escalated further.

I saw an interview with Nas where he was talking about the beef. He said that it wasn't Takeover itself that irked him, but rather when it was released. Jay released it around the time he was taking care of his sick mother. After that, all gloves were off.

People always try to discredit Ether as "just jokes" but Ether had REAL facts in it which is why it really dealt a blow to Jay

Biting Biggie then claiming he's better than him
Wanting to collab with Nas and keeping Nas name in his music
Jay being considered Biggie's little man
Eminem murdering Jay on his own shyt
The relationship between Fox and Jay
The real situation between Jay and Un-riviera
Em did not murder Jay or renegade. For the millionth time

Things were escalating and Takeover was the icing on the cake

On Takeover...

Jay clowning about Nas being a "faq model for Karl Kani and Esco". Corny joke.
It Was Written being a "eeeeeh" album :stopitslime:

Saying "You made it a hot line...I made it a hot song". Yea...like Nas' The World Is Yours isn't a hot song.

Trying to clown him on his flow and the knowledge in his raps BUT the whole world knows that Nas influenced Jay heavy and Jay was/is a Nas stan.

He's also trying to clown him saying he doesn't know anything about street shyt...:stopitslime:

90% of the Nas diss verse on Takeover is basically the clown nikka in the back of the class making jokes. Ya'll Jay stans need to stop. And notice that it's always some Jay disciple/associate in these interviews, like Clark Kent, that try to push this whole narrative that Takeover was some all factual, serious diss.
