Also we need a little perspective here, as bad as the offense has been we played two very good defenses and will be playing another very good defense sunday

I look at a team like the eagles, they look great, they also started vs the bears and Browns

I don't get people saying to start Kaep for Seattle game tho. Even in his prime Kaep wasn't good against hags to put it lightly. About the worst thing for his confidence is to start him for this game. Plus TEs give hags problems and gabbert can throw to tes

They need to do the same thing they did with Gabbert last year if they goin to Kaep. Get Kaep in against a mediocre d to give him and team confidence. Cowboys D works

I don't get it either. If Kaep comes in....might as well wait till we have the bye. But yea, silly to start him in Seattle.

He also had 130 rush yards on 11 carries, no big deal right , who's denying facts :russ:

They were in position to win the game on the last play and go to back 2 back bowls with Kaep and came up short:yeshrug:

I make the conclusion to start Kaep against Seattle because he's better than Blaine Gabbert, Kaep will start this season at some point and if you concerned that confidence is an issue why not take advantage of Seattle while Russ is batteling an injury. :ehh:
Also I believe that Kaep is better than Case Keenum, maybe I'm in the minority around here on that.

Can't move forward trying to treat active qbs on the roster with kiddy gloves because they have struggled against a particular team, shyts lame imo.

Also I believe coaching had a lot to do with the 49ers struggles with Seattle , Carol and staff had Harbaugh and Greg Romans number . Greg Roman is complete trash that's why he's currently unemployed.

Different syestem now, much better o-line, it's a reg season game, Kaep has played them in a damn NFC championship game, he isn't scared.

Breh, every player has a team that they don't play well against. Seattle is that team for kaep. I think there may be a mental block there. Needs to slowly build back his confidence. It's not happening at Seattle.

Somehow Seagals are 11 point favorites

That's nuts considering they're averaging 7.5 ppg and we're avreading 27.5
Niners have been horrible on the road the past year including the Carolina game. Will the defense travel this week?

:mjlol: Yea over the past 5 years that's been 85% of the qb's that have played IN Seattle.

Where did u see me say otherwise? Those rushing yards are very nice, but they don't cancel out 3 turnovers in the 4th quarter of a playoff game.

Because, again, the defense Seattle plays gives Kaep nightmares. Mark Sanchez and Gabbert have the same number of touchdowns against them in two games as Kaep has in 7

Also I believe that Kaep is better than Case Keenum, maybe I'm in the minority around here on that.
I believe so too, but I don't see what that has to do with anything

Rams, specifically Rams D own Seattle the same way Seattle D owns us and Kaep in particular.

Well just have to agree to disagree breh. shyts moot point anyway, stopgab is starting against hags.

This whole Kaep is better than Gabbert thing is puzzling, say he deserves a shot and im down with that.

But saying he's better is foolish because last time we seen him he was even worse than this Gabbert
