i don't know about promo, but Ross had magazine covers, two major label promoted MMG project, a heavily promoted mixtape, singles ("Rich Forever", "So Sophisticated", "Stay Scheming", "You the boss", "I Love my bytches", "Touch'n you", "Diced Pineapples", "Hold me back" and "9 Piece"). Of which about 66.666..% came out before the albums release date.Jeezy had way more promo, but less hype. Jeezy possibly had more singles, videos, and magazine covers going into TM103 than Ross had total for GFID. Off top Jeezy had two XXL covers, 6-7 singles ("Lose My Mind", "All White Everything", "Jizzle", "Ballin", "Shake Life", "F.A.M.E." and "I Do") and they all except ("Shake Life", "All White Everything" and "I Do") had videos. He also had more mixta"pes.
Jeezy started releasing songs about 22 months before the album came out if we are going by his "non-album singles", so it's kinda obvious that those 22 months were gonna contain a few singles.
I don't think Jeezy had a big promo btw, people thought he was gonna do 100k cause the album had no "media buzz".
